Pinto is a fully servo controlled cartoning system with advantages of easy setup & reliable operation. Pinto is specially designed for pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, which require fast changeover and easy to operate. The main carton feeding chain is molded with durable plastic and interchangeable, which offers quiet operation and easy maintenance. The servo infeed mechanism can handle blister, bottle and sachet etc., and setting memories for fast changeover.

Pinto is fully controlled by German Beckhoff PLC with latest servo drive technology. You can customize number of servo drives on your Pinto cartoning machine.
User friendly HMI interface offers on-line operation data and machine status.
Self-lubricating system offers quiet operation and low wear and tear.
Complete balcony design releases the underneath area and enables full access to the operating side of the machine to load carton and leaflet or clear any jam or reject possibly.
Toolless adjustment with numeric display offer easy of use and changeover.
Optional leaflet folding machine can fold leaflet & insert into carton smoothly.
Optional bar code scanner confirms correct leaflet and carton before processing.
Metal embossing station applies batch and date code on the carton flap.
Optional hot melt glue applicator equips with bulk hot melt tank.
